CHECK-IN
When can I check into the hotel?

You can check in from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage in the luggage area of the hotel until you can move into your room. If the room is cleaned and ready for occupancy before 15:00, you can also move into it earlier. Please contact the hotel for more information. 
Early check-in from 10.00 a.m. costs EUR 15 and can be used subject to availability (if the room is no longer occupied and has been cleaned). If you have booked directly via our website (gasthof-opel.de) and the room is available on arrival, early check-in is free of charge.

When do I have to check out of the hotel?

Which debit/credit cards are accepted?

Payment is possible with the same cards that are accepted at reception: Visa, Mastercard, EC card, Apple Pay.

Where should I leave my room key?

You can hand in your room key at reception.

Balcony

We do not have any rooms with a balcony. Our house is a listed building.

Breakfast

Our breakfast buffet is available from Monday to Friday between 7 am and 9.30 am and on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays between 8 am and 10 am.

On weekdays, we also serve breakfast from 6.30 a.m. by prior arrangement.

We attach great importance to regional and seasonal products, the jams, jellies and sweet and sour pickles are all homemade. In the garden season we also have fresh produce such as the historic tomatoes.

We keep a certain amount of gluten- and lactose-free products for breakfast, please support our service best by letting us know when you make your reservation (then we leave the request in the booking) or at the latest when you check in.

Is it possible to store bicycles?

For up to 8 bikes there is a lockable bike shed and additional bike racks at the hotel parking lot.

Do you have a child travel cot?

Yes, a total of one for children up to two years, it is free of charge.
